Block 11 of Central Park

From upgrading the surrounding public domain and landscaping of the podium & streets.

Block 11 of Central Park, located between Wellington Street, Kensington Street, O'Connor Street and Balfour Street, is a mixed residential and commercial building, subject to a design competition won by Francis-Jones Morehen Thorp (FJMT).

 

Inspired by the old brewery site on which Wonderland now stands, the design was introduced to the community with a Community Consultation event in May 2014. Wonderland is a 13 storey building with 294 apartments.

Francis-Jones Morehen Thorp (FJMT) have transformed traditional terracotta, copper and brick into a sustainable, contemporary beauty with a sculptural twist. Each apartment building has its own luxurious lobby, while the gardens create a beautiful welcome of their own.
