NEXTDC in Macquarie Park

Nextdc S2 is a data centre built and run to global operational standards that promote operational excellence and lead with sustainability stewardship. With a target PUE of 1.29, well below the industry standard (1.7), S2 champions the highest levels of energy efficiency.

AYZ Landscapes was engaged by Next DC to construct the public domain works upgrading the infrastructure to the site and surrounding properties.

Works involved full excavation and reconstruction of Giffnock Avenue and Kittys lane while maintaining vehicle access to the development and surroundings.

​

Works also involved upgrading and construction of new footpaths, electrical wiring to street lighting, new multifunction poles, street signage, line marking and landscaping.
